Most of Dark Warrior's footage as shown here which includes his Giant footage as shown here is Japanese footage however the Dark Warrior can partially be seen in new footage due to the fact that you can partially see his suit in new footage while he's talking to the tied-up Uncle Howard which you can see in the following shot:

This episode also features the first U.S-shot appearance of Baboo which you can see in the next 2 images.

Also in the ZyuRanger episode, they wound up calling on Titanus and it fired its attack at the monster however Power Rangers had to cut that specific footage out due to the fact that Power Rangers hadn't introduced Titanus yet.
